Wichtigste Wirkstoffe
Scopolamin (ca. 80%), L-Hyoscyamin, Atropin. Höchster Gehalt zur Blütezeit.
Wirkungsweise, Vergiftungssymptome und Krankheitsfolgen
Hyoscyamin, Atropin und Scopolamin sind kompetitive Antagonisten des Acetylcholins an den Muscarinrezeptoren. Zentral wirken diese drei Substanzen erregend und dämpfend, wobei bei Scopolamin der dämpfende Anteil im Vordergrund steht. Die Drüsen-Sekretion wird stark gehemmt.
